At IZOD, we stand by the quality of our classic American sportswear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days once we receive the shipment.
